Having Cyrilic words in your path to Lotus Mu Game client might causes issues!
Make sure that the path to the game has nothing in Cyrilic.
Example:
C:\Games\Mu Online\Lotus Mu - GOOD!
C:\Игри\Му Онлайн\Lotus Mu - BAD!
